The following animals are examples of what we have for sale. We have over 100 animals to choose from. We pride ourselves on keeping our prices low in order to make alpacas accessible to as many people as possible. Pregnant females are registered with the AAA, guaranteed and range in price from $500 to $5,000 depending on age and quality.

You are welcome to come and see us. We love talking alpacas. If we sell animals that is great, but there is no obligation to buy.

The use of alpaca wethers to protect lambing ewes has become so common that it is difficult to fill demand. Not all alpacas make good herd guards.

We guarantee our herd guards and if for some reason, you feel that a wether does not perform, we will replace it. In eight years we have had to replace eleven animals (they ended up making good pets).

When choosing a guard it should be:

	At least 18 months old –
	males aren’t usually mature until 2 yrs plus
	Castrated –
	there have been cases of entire males trying to mount sheep

Alpacas are usually weaned at 5-6 months. This is a good time to select one that is to become a pet.

They are more easily tamed at this age and you can begin to get an idea of their temperament.

We provide plenty of assistance as well as an excellent book on managing alpacas with every sale.
